Sweet & Tangy Rice Balls
Ingredients
Sushi Rice
sesame seeds
Rice Vinegar
Sugar
Salt
Tuna
Sweet & tangy Seoul Sauce

Directions
Boil 250g of sushi rice in 150ml of water
Bring to a simmer for 10 minutes until all water is absorbed
Let the rice sit with lid on for 10 minutes
Mix rice vinegar, soy sauce salt and sugar in a bowl
Once mixed bring to a boil in a pan and continue to mix
Once rice has cooled gradually mix in rice sauce mixing in frequently with wooden spoon
Mix Tuna mayonnaise and sweet and tangy seoule together in a bowl
Take a small handful of sushi rice – make sure to wet your hands first
Take a table spoon of tuna/mayo mix and combine together
Mix and roll the 2 ingredient together in your hands forming a ball
