Directions
Crack both eggs and whisk together.
Mix Flour with salt, pepper & chilli flakes.
Cut chicken breast into thick strips.
Dredge the chicken in the egg wash.
Coat the chicken in your flower mix make sure to thoroughly coat the chicken.
let it sit for 5 minutes.
dredge the chicken again in the eggs wash, place on a plate and cover in panko breading.
Make sure to cover all of the chicken in panko breading and both sides.
Gently press the panko breading into the chicken to make sure it sticks.
Pre heat air fryer to 200˚ C for 10 minutes
Once pre heated coat tray in olive oil spray
Place chicken strips in tray and leave to cook for 15 – 20 minutes.
Turn chicken strips over halfway through to cook them evenly.
Cook until panko breading has started to turn golden and crispy.
Place booked cooked chicken strips in a plate and smother in plenty of BBQ Seoul sauce.
Turn the strips over a few times in the sauce to coat the entire strip.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the coated strips and enjoy!
ou can also make may dips to go with your strips by mixing Sweet & Tangy or Buffalo Seoul Sauce with some mayonnaise.
